From an applicant’s page, your team uploads a resume or an interview transcript (pasted text, or a VTT, SRT, PDF, or DOCX file from your meeting tool) and runs the evaluation. The AI scores culture & values, role competency, team working style, and risk indicators, with the evidence behind each score. It supports your team’s judgment - it does not make hiring decisions.

TalentHub gives each agency an Indeed-ready job feed URL and a generic XML feed. Submit the feed URL to Indeed (or any job board that accepts XML feeds) once, and your active postings stay in sync. Postings also appear on your public TalentHub job board.

Postings use a six-tier structure from DSP I through Executive, and you choose from a catalog of DD/IDD job families - direct support, clinical, supervisory, program management, director, and executive roles. You can also add custom evaluation criteria to your hiring profile for the AI evaluation to consider.

TalentHub checks people against the federal SAM.gov exclusions list, blocks a hire when the latest check is a match, and re-screens active staff against SAM.gov every 90 days. If an automated check cannot complete, it is recorded as Review Required - never as Clear. The OIG LEIE and your state Medicaid exclusion list are checked by your team using the links in the app, and the results are recorded on the employee’s record.

TalentHub includes DD/IDD workforce requirements for all 50 states plus DC across 15 roles - background checks, pre-service training, and annual training hours. Treat it as a working reference and confirm high-stakes decisions against your state’s current rules.

TalentHub tracks background checks - it does not order them. Record results from your vendor or state for eight check types, including state criminal, FBI fingerprint, abuse & neglect registry, and sex offender registry, with recheck dates.

Yes. The organization Owner can cancel from the billing portal under Settings → Subscription. Access continues through the period you’ve already paid for.

Only the organization Owner can start a subscription, update the payment method, or cancel. Admins and Members see the subscription page but not the payment controls.

The Owner can view and download every invoice in the billing portal under Settings → Subscription.
