HR Hub is subscription-based, billed monthly or annually. Your subscription covers all users in your organization — no per-seat charges.
All plans include the full hiring pipeline with AI evaluation, employee lifecycle management, compliance tracking, credential alerts, OIG monitoring, and roster export.
Higher-tier plans add additional AI evaluation credits, priority support, and advanced reporting.
Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, update payment method, or download invoices.
Cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues through the end of your billing period. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
