Compliance & Credentials

Compliance is non-negotiable in the DD/IDD sector. HR Hub automates the tracking, alerting, and reporting you need to stay audit-ready.

Credentials

Navigate to HR → Credentials for an org-wide compliance dashboard, or open an employee's Credentials tab for their individual record.

Supported Credential Types

HR Hub pre-loads 32 credential types common to DD/IDD providers:

• Safety & Crisis: CPR/AED, First Aid, BLS, CPI, Mandt, SCIP-R, TCI, Safety-Care
• Medications: Medication Administration, Medication Aide, Insulin, G-Tube
• Professional: NADSP-E Badge, QIDP, BCBA, RBT, Person-Centered Planning, ACRE
• Regulatory: TB Test, Annual Physical, HIPAA Training, Abuse/Neglect Training, OIG Check
• Driving: Driver's License, MVR Check, Defensive Driving

Expiry Alerts

Credentials are color-coded by urgency: Red (expired or within 7 days), Amber (within 30 days), Yellow (within 90 days), Green (current). Email digest alerts fire automatically at 7 and 30 days before expiration.

OIG Exclusion Checks

The OIG exclusion list must be checked for all employees who work with Medicaid-funded individuals. HR Hub tracks OIG check status per employee and supports monthly monitoring.

Background Checks

HR Hub tracks 8 background check types: FBI Fingerprint, State Criminal, County Criminal, Sex Offender Registry, Child Abuse Registry, Adult Protective Services Registry, Motor Vehicle Record, and Healthcare Sanctions. For each check, record the provider, dates, and result.

State Compliance

HR Hub maintains a state compliance reference for DD/IDD waiver providers covering background check requirements, pre-service training hours, and annual continuing education hours by state.
